Registering for myInova is quick and takes just a few minutes; all you need is your email address and policy number! You can use the same log in for multiple cars and home policies.

 +  What information can I find on myInova?

Once you’ve signed in to myInova, the information you will see there is your personalized account info with all your policies. You can :

  • view your billing information such as balance;
  • view your payment date/schedule;
  • download and print liability slips;
  • consult your policy coverage;
  • display your effective and expiry dates;
  • see the subject of insurance;
  • show View insured drivers.

 +  What changes can I do on my own through myInova?

You can use myInova to make a request for a variety of changes to your insurance policy<, whether it be car or home! Things like adding/removing a vehicle or driver, and changing your address become as simple as a few clicks using myInova!

If you cannot find the category of the request you are looking for from the list within myInova, simply select ‘other’ and a text box will open for you to indicate the change you would like to make.

 +  I moved and need to change my address?

You can request a change of address through myInova – all you need handy is your new address, postal code, and the date you are moving in. Please note a change of address may impact the premium of your car and home policies.

 +  Will a change of address impact my car insurance premium?

Yes, changing your address can impact the price of your car insurance policy – your postal code, commuting distance, and the details of the new address are all considered when determining premium.

 +  Since I’ve moved, I now drive more (or less) than indicated on my car insurance policy. Can I make the changes?

You can request to update your commuting distance through myInova by selecting “Make A Change” and then “Other”.

 +  I sold my car and bought or leased a new one. How do I proceed to make the changes to my existing policy?

With myInova, you can quickly and easily request an update to the vehicle you are insuring on your policy. Simply select ‘Make A Change’ and then select ‘Replace a Vehicle’. Make sure to have these important details of the new vehicle handy!
